What's the difference between foot zoning and reflexology?

Updated: Jan 23, 2020

Foot Zoning is not Reflexology. Many people tend to consider these two methods of healing one and the same; however, they are very different. Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet and hands that correspond with different muscle groups or organs in the body. Through these pressure points, pain and energy can be released from the body. Reflexology is not tied to the cells in the body and is only a part treatment that works on the symptoms occurring at the present time. Foot Zoning treats the entire body as a system and every treatment is the same so no part (or cell) of the body is left out. This is why through Foot Zoning the problems can be eliminated from the body and not just temporarily relieved.
